We have a large concrete pool, measuring 14m x 6m (~160kL), which we maintain as naturally as possible
using magnetic water treatment and minimal chlorine. To further enhance our pool maintenance system,

to evaluate its degradation efficiency and document the biochemical and visual changes in the algae over time.

What You’re Seeing: A Clump of Dead Algae After Ultrasound Treatment
This image shows a dense mass of dead algae that has been removed from a treated water source. The pale, collapsed structure is a clear sign of effective algal disruption—likely caused by ultrasound technology. When exposed to targeted ultrasonic frequencies, algae cells break apart, losing their color and ability to photosynthesize.
What’s left behind is clumped biomass, easy to remove and no longer capable of regrowth. This is a typical result when using Ultrasound methods to control algal blooms without chemicals.
THIS IS WHAT HAPPENING WHEN USING ULTRASOUND:
– Ultrasound destroys the cell walls of algae, causing them to die.
– When algae die, they lose buoyancy and sink to the bottom as “clumps” or clusters.
– The color of algae often changes from fresh green to more gray, brown, or yellowish when they die.
– What you see in the picture is therefore typically dead algae (either green algae or cyanobacteria/blue-green algae) after treatment with ultrasound.

It is completely normal for them to collect like this on the bottom after such treatment.
– Ultrasound technology works by emitting specific frequencies that cause algae to vibrate at their natural resonant frequency, which disrupts their cellular structures. This process is effective against many types of algae, with modern ultrasonic solutions using more than 2,000 different frequencies to target the approximately 2,000,000 species of algae and biofilm. The treatment begins showing results as quickly as 24 hours after application, with noticeable water clarity improvements within a few days.
– This method provides a chemical-free alternative for algae control, making it an environmentally friendly option for maintaining water quality in ponds and lakes.
ALGAE IN SWIMMING POOL

It may only show up in little spots in your pool and ALPHA ultrasound will solve this problem and

Green algae is the most common form of swimming pool algae as it grows due to a lack of proper sanitization
and filtration alongside a high pH. Usually, you will see this algae floating in your swimming pool or stuck on the pool
walls potentially causing your entire pool to turn green. You can also see them free floating. The good thing about
this type of algae is that it’s easy to get rid of without swimming in CHEMICALS.
THIS IS ULTRASOUND
ALPHA ultrasound systems emit sound waves to create an environment of critical structural resonance.
The resonance causes a very unique environment in the immediate vicinity as it can critically vibrate internal
parts of green algae and diatoms causing them to internally tear apart preventing proper fluid flow. In blue-green
algae, this effect causes gas vesicle tubes to break causing loss of buoyancy and they sink out of light. The
resonance also causes bacteria to avoid colonization because it is similar to water turbulence, a condition they
